Getting everything set up right before noon.

Virginia and I setting up the cupcakes on the serving table. Here are the bib cookies I made for the favors set at each place setting. They were pink and green.

These are how the tables looked right before everyone showed up. These photos are out of order because I just got some new ones from Jill after I already posted. But thank you so much Jill for sending them to me!

Here are the rest of the photos of the shower from Maran's camera. Of course, I was too busy to take the photos that I wanted but I am happy that Maran got some.(Stacy took them) and Jill. Here is Jill helping to set up the tables.

I know Maran has some of the same photos on her blog but just wanted to show them again and give more detail. The pink placemats had sparkly metallic in it which looked pretty in the sunshine. .
These bootie flowers were on the end of the serving table.
Hopefully you can enlarge this and see the decorations. I had Stacy hang baby clothes in pink, green and brown on a clothes line around the patio. The lady in the photo is Scott's cousin, Haley. She is getting the serving table ready . The picks were not in the cupcakes as yet. No photo was taken of the entry way table which had a bouquet of pink flowers on a spring green tablecloth and pink blocks saying "Welcome to Maran's Shower" also name tags and baby pin necklaces for the game.

Peg, Donna, Renee and Maran visiting before lunch.

The food was a big hit. We had pinwheel sandwiches, a delicious green salad with assorted dressings, fruits and berries, rolls, chips, and cupcakes. Rachel and her mom are in the photo

Some of the women enjoying their lunch. It was the hottest day of the year thus far, in the high 80's. It was almost too hot. Thankfully, we were able to have the presents opened in the shady kitchen area.

Hannah and Montana playing in the fountain area. There were seven little ones at the shower and 36 women.

Hannah and her buddy Montana hanging out. The pink cheeks were due to the heat. They ran around the entire time.

Cortney made these adorable blocks for Bailey and Brynn's bedroom.

Thanks to Jessica for taking notes on who gave Maran gifts. It took at least an hour to open everything. Thank you to everyone who came and shared this special day with us!

Thank you Jill for leading the games. We played four games: Match the baby animal names to their parents; unscramble the words that mean pairs of things (to represent twins) like legs, binoculars etc.; count the jelly beans and Don't Say Twins game. It only took about 15 min. to do the games which I think was fine with everyone.
Hannah had her hair done by Scott's cousin, Haley. She looked extra cute and stayed cool.

The End :)

Wow! Everything is absolutely gorgeous! It's one of those baby showers that you see in a Martha Stewart magazine. I so wish I could have been there. And Maran looks so cute.
That is incredible! I wish I could've been there. The food looks delicious and the blocks Cortney made are beautiful. It looks like you had lots of fun putting this shower together.
Wow! Awesome job! The food and decor look fabulous. I can't believe Cortney made those blocks.....adorable! Maran should post them on her blog too.
I'm so glad that you got some more pictures of the shower. Everything turned out perfect! I could not be more grateful to have such an amazing mother!
